1. About NexusMake

NexusMake creates and sells 3D-printed home decor, wall art, display pieces, accessories, and custom creations.

Our products are designed and produced with care. Because many of our products are 3D printed, slight variations in texture, finish, layer lines, color, or appearance may occur. These characteristics are a normal part of the 3D-printing process and are not necessarily considered defects.

2. Products & Product Information

We make every effort to display our products, colors, measurements, and descriptions as accurately as possible.

However:

• Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
• Minor variations may occur between individual 3D-printed products.
• Small layer lines or printing marks may be visible.
• Product dimensions may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process.
• Lifestyle photographs may contain decorative backgrounds or props that are not included with your purchase.

Please carefully review the product description, photos, dimensions, available colors, and options before placing your order.

3. Custom & Personalized Orders

For custom products, customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including requested colors, names, text, dimensions, or other customization details.

Once production has started, custom orders may not be able to be changed or canceled.

NexusMake reserves the right to decline a custom request if it cannot reasonably be produced or if the requested design violates applicable laws or third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• You have reviewed your order before submitting payment.

Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

NexusMake reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, inventory issues, or other circumstances where fulfillment is not reasonably possible.

If an order is canceled by NexusMake, any eligible payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Pricing

Prices are displayed on the product pages at the time of purchase.

NexusMake reserves the right to change product prices, promotions, discounts, and availability at any time.

A price change after you have successfully placed an order will not change the price of that completed order, except where required to correct an obvious pricing or listing error.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is correct.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside of NexusMake's control.

NexusMake is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and product.

Where appropriate, we may request additional information or photographs to help resolve the issue.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our Refund & Return Policy applies to eligible returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Do not expose 3D-printed products to excessive heat or use them in applications for which they were not designed.

NexusMake is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, modification, excessive heat, or use outside the intended purpose of the product.

All content appearing on the NexusMake website, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Branding
• Graphics
• Original designs
• Website content
• Videos
• Marketing materials

is owned by or licensed to NexusMake unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use NexusMake's original content or designs without prior written permission.

11. Customer Photos & Reviews

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, video, or other content to NexusMake, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.

By submitting content, you grant NexusMake permission to use it for legitimate business purposes such as displaying customer reviews, marketing, social media, advertising, or showcasing products.

We will not represent customer-submitted content as being created by NexusMake.
